Our work depends on Network Engineer - Email Gateway Administration joining our Network Connectivity Platform (NCP) Team tp provide network technologies and infrastructure ensuring always on, always available systems to our employees, customers, and 32K sites.

Proven experience as an Email Administrator or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environmentStrong technical knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and other platformsProficiency in administering email servers, including configuring and managing user accounts, distribution lists, and email policiesSolid understanding of email protocols, such as SMTP, POP, and IMAPFamiliarity with email security best practices, including spam filtering, antivirus protection, and encryptionExperience in troubleshooting email issues, diagnosing and resolving problemsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate email systems with other applications and platformsExcellent communication skills to provide technical support and guidance to end-usersKnowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available serviceSecurity Clearance Level:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.This position has a U.S. residency requirement. The USPS security clearance process requires the selected candidate to have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the last five years as follows: U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 6 months consecutively in the last 3 years (unless they meet certain exceptions). Non-U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 90 days consecutively in the last 3 years.
