RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide first-level infrastructure operation support to maintain local area network (LAN) infrastructure including network switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, WLCs, wireless, voice, and telephony infrastructure.Collaborate with the WAN support Team to support wide area network (WAN) infrastructure including WAN, ISP circuits, and VPN tunnelsProactively monitor alerts and traffic statistics to prevent disruption to network services using network performance monitoring tools – eg, OpsRamp, Splunk, NetScout, NetBrain, DNAC, etc.Experience in network automation skills like Python, UiPath/RPA.Attend to network incidents submitted via service ticket, phone, and email.Restore network services based on troubleshooting guides within SLA time.Prepare documentation for improvement of SOP based on Lesson LearnIdentify initiatives to reduce the incidents and improve team productivity and efficiencyPerform escalation to the next support level for unresolved cases and adhere to escalation KPICompile network incidents and system performance indices for a system health review. Prepare reports for review.Perform Network administration tasks such as IP address management, ACL configuration, etc.Provide L2/L3 support covering 24/7 and participate in Major incidents.Manage and improve the Operational Processes to ensure all KPIs are met.
