What You’ll Do -
The primary role of a Network Operations Center (NOC) Team is to ensure the customers success by providing world class service, proactive maintenance and monitoring, backup & recovery, and securing infrastructure. The NOC team is key to providing these core support services.

NOC ServicesAntivirus Maintenance Deployment ValidationEndpoint software UpgradesWindows Updates Maintenance Deployment ValidationResolving failed updatesInstallation of Missing feature updates: 1809, 1903, 1909Scheduling server rebooted as neededBackup and RecoveryDeploy and configure backup agents and policiesTroubleshoot backup agent alertsRecover files and full system restoresMiscellaneous Services DNS filtering MaintenanceLogMeIn MaintenanceServices True upsTicket ManagementProject work as assignedTo be onboarded to ticket process and workflows Ticket Status, Types, Billable, Boards, SLA’s, etc.Review tickets on NOC board Complete tickets which you are assignedIf time allows, review unassigned tickets to be worked on within skillsetTimesheets to be completed end of business for the current day Submitted at the end of the weekAssistance with internal projects, Research and Development, Proof on Concepts, Etc.What You Bring to the Role
