ABC **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** We are actively seeking a candidate that has a minimum of 16 years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree (14 years' with a Master's) in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following Technical Skills + In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc) + Understanding of network architecture, design, and implementation + Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs) + Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc) + Familiarity with network virtualization and software definite networking (SDN) Experience + Adept in network engineering, with focus on design, implementation, and management of complex networks. + Experience with network architecture, design, and implementation in a large-scale environment. + Proven track record of successfully resolving complex network issues and improving network performance. Subject Matter Expertise + In depth knowledge of specific network technologies such as: + Routing and switching + Network security (e.g., firewalls, intrustion detection) + Cloud networking e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) + Software-defined networking (SD) + Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers + Experience with creating technical documentation, such as design documents, implementation plans and technical notes + Skills in network protocols + Routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, etc. + Switching protocols such as STP, LACP, VTP, etc. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Certifications: + CompTIA Network or equivalent certification + Advanced Certifications such as: + Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or + CCIE Cisco Certified Internetwork + Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA) or + Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional (JNCIP) + Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
