What you’ll do• Facilitate various governance committees tracking actions and taking minutes.
•Supporting the management delivering by;
oTrack & report quarterly NW Team company target & performance progress
oGovernance of all NW Management related group level meetings (Cluster Interlock, ExCo, MPC, Market Update, Country Review) and local management meetings (Network Board, ExCo, Delivery Forum in time and in reliable content.
oProvide and follow up CNO Office Actions
oOwning and managing quarterly vendor meetings by tracking progress of current and future network evoluation plans and key achievements.
oSupporting and building NW CNO and Head level strategic priorities and preparing communication plan for whole NW teams.
oVerify the group top-down targets and building CNO and head level performance goals, assess the applicability and the bottom-up target settings
oTrack of the progress of NW projects, highlights and risk/issues through the long term Technology Strategy.
•Create a learning, experimentation culture across teams, ensure time for learning and development plans are in place for all team members.
•Providing an overarching view on all the transformation projects ongoing and alignment over group for same subset of
business.
•Supporting to spread the most efficient best practice in terms of solutions and processes across different departments and teams.
•Communication strategy toward the whole NW population (Newsletter, Webinar, Workplace, Events etc..)
•Involving in Technology Governance Activities such as getting ISOXXX Certificates and Designing Technology Processes.
•Prepare Agenda’s for Management Team meetings and workshops
Process Management
•Involving and supporting Maturity Assessment of Technology Processes.
•Attend meetings, evoluating quarterly network infrastructure risks and reporting group resilience team.
• +8 years of experience in relevant areas.
• Fluent in Speaking & Writing English
• Broad NW/Technical experience, multi-domain is preferred
• Proven leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
• Close working relationship with other Technology/NW, and relevant business units.
• Broad experience in working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience in the work with internal customers.
• Knowledge/certifications of standards like ITIL, COBIT
• Exceptional communication, customer interface and service orientation skills.
• Affinity with mobile communications technologies.
• Deep People Management and Process Management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills,thinks laterally & innovatively.
• Good Risk Management and Project Management Skills
• Understands the value of customers..
• Can do approach and analysis to create value added results for customers.
