The Vistex Infrastructure Engineer will have experience supporting an enterprise network architecture in a HA environment. This position will be the networking first-line support as it relates to office and datacenter availability, connectivity for the server and storage architecture. This position will also manage Microsoft 365 services, manage user identity and roles, Group Policy creation and support, support security and threat management, and manage governance and compliance in our M365 tenant.

Responsibilities:

Maintain ownership for Email Services (Exchange Online) and Office Applications (Microsoft 365), Teams, and OneDrive. Maintain security and reliability of Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 systems and services in a hybrid environment. Work with IT Security team to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities within the O365/Azure environment. Maintain ownership of public DNS, troubleshooting and implementing DMARC, DKIM, SPF, etc. Act as first line network troubleshooting / interfacing with the help desk team. Inventory, diagram, and backup all enterprise architecture throughout the organization Ensure diagrams and backups are up to date. Manage connectivity, replication, and back-end of enterprise-level storage devices. Troubleshoot and maintain VPN connectivity through Cisco Anyconnect solution. Manage future VPN deployments. SSO implementation and troubleshooting. Storage implementation and resource planning project management. Stay ahead of network hardware and firmware lifecycle and manage new deployments. Develop future strategies for Microsoft 365 products and services. Perform systems troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems.
