The PositionAs Network Lead Sales you will focus on aligning the commercial strategy with Marketing, Healthcare Development and Service across the Diagnostics Division Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). Key objective of this role is to collaborate with the colleagues to bring the value of our holistic solution portfolio (hardware/reagents/digital/service) to different stakeholders, mainly focusing on the C-Suite. In parallel, leveraging the Commercial Excellence tools and methodologies to design informative decisions to position Roche Diagnostics as a strategic partner for customers within Baltics.

Drive internal strategic cross-functional dialogues on complex customer opportunities using Miller Heiman methodologies (Green-, Blue-, Gold Sheet) and internal CRM systems
Ensure an experience exchange on a strategic level across Baltics countries and within the subregion
Align the Sales & Profitability Targets of the segment (public/private/POC/distributor) with the Targets from other teams (Marketing/Health Care Development/Service) and derive effective pricing strategies
Actively screen Baltics market evolution and monitoring market growth and market share data to ensure transparency on current trends and potential within the Segment
Keep up to speed with the competitors product trends
Leading teams along common goals leveraging agile methods such as Objectives & Key Results) in order to foster cross collaboration on driving commercial success & sustainable business growth
Who You Are
University Degree in Natural/Life Sciences or related field, MBA qualification is an advantage
Fluent Latvian / Lithuanian and English language is a must
Experienced in leading and driving commercial tasks (5+ years of experience)
High business acumen (incl. Financial elements) of the Diagnostics and Healthcare market such as sales capabilities and commercial tactics and trends
Experienced in leading teams in a matrix and network structured organization towards common vision and utilize coaching skills
Skillful at presenting and public speaking in front of „Key opinion leaders“ and handling challenging questions
Experience at project management influenced by data & insights driven
Innovative, digital savvy and self-driven

Salary starts from 3800 EUR gross/month. Final salary depends on the level of experience, skills and qualifications.
