Job Responsibilities & Competencies 4G/5G Baseline Parameter & Feature Audits for Swapped Sites 4G Traffic [Sector] & Timing Advance [Cell] KPI comparison check between KPIs post Swap. Optimization proposals to improve failed KPIs post Swap considering coverage, traffic, Timing advance & Handover KPIs. 4G/5G Drive Test based Coverage, Cross feeder check and DT KPI Report Preparation Analyze daily KPIs reports and perform counter level analysis. Fetch appropriate reports for accessibility, retainability, Throughput and Mobility KPIs from NetAct, other tools. In case of out of hand issue affecting KPI target achievement, a proper technical justification for Sites and also First tier Huawei Analysis required along with root cause analysis should be submitted for customer approval prior to final report submission Perform Audit of PCI, RSI, TAC for LTE/5G Prepare and deliver technical issue as per network design Perform acceptance tests with customer as required Ability to perform NPO related to planning & optimization work independently.
