A week in the life of a Network Operations Center Technician includes:

Configuration for all DMO events. Initial account creation for all DTOC mission networks. Monitoring the health of mission networks. Monitoring status of circuits. Plan for and respond to service outages and other problems. Assign, modify, and delete passwords and user privileges. Implement client workstations software patches, security fixes, and service releases. Provide first level of SIEM notification support. ANG OTTI Tier 1 help desk support
