**Overview** **_**This position is contingent upon contract award**_** SOSi is seeking a highly qualified **Network Operations Manager** to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services. **Essential Job Duties** + Responsible for the acquisition, installation, maintenance and usage of the local area network. + Studies products to determine those which best meet customer needs. + Assists in presentation of information to management resulting in purchase and installation of hardware, software, and telecommunication equipment. + Manages network performance and maintains network security; installs all network software. + Ensures that security procedures are implemented and enforced, trains users on network operations. + Evaluates, develops and maintains telecommunications systems; troubleshoots network problems. + Establishes and implements network policies, procedures and standards and ensures their conformance with information systems and customer’s objectives. + Oversee the internal enterprise services of Network Administration, System Administration, Unified Capabilities, and Cybersecurity. **Minimum Requirements** + Active DoD Secret clearance. + Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline. + Five (5) to twelve (12) or more years in the field or related area; at least three (3) years ofexperience working in South Korea. + Possess a high degree of expertise to include the following technologies: routers, network switches, network encryption devices (e.g. KG/SG-250), Ethernet, 802.1X, VPNs, GRE tunneling, CSUs/DSUs, TCP/IP, UDP, MPLS, IPv4, IPv6, PVCs, ACLs, MPLS, CWM, DWDM. + CISSP, ITIL V3, CASP+, CCNP, CCSP, GCIA, GCED, or GCIH certification. **Preferred Qualifications** + ITIL v4 is preferred. + PMP is preferred. **Work Environment** + Working conditions are normal for an office environment. + Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. + May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable) **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
