You will be part of operations center at customer’s site where you will get unique chance to work directly with network hardware and software. One of your work duties will be configuration, installation and management of new as well as existing network devices in LAN and WLAN enterprise campus. By joining us you will be an important part of big IT department full of IT specialists from broad areas like server platform, applications, security, etc. You will be primarily responsible for customer’s operations support, stability and availability of the network in 24x7 production environment.

You will closely cooperate with senior colleagues in implementation of new infrastructure solution and/or redesign of existing IT solutions. 90% of the network infrastructure is based on Cisco, other notable vendors are F5, Infoblox, Checkpoint, OpenText and Zscaler.
Job responsibilities:
• Proactive events monitoring, daily system checks, identification & elimination of possible issues.
• Day-to-day maintenance of the network (stability/reachability/availability), technical support delivery for existing solutions, incident handling, follow standards and processes according to defined SLAs.
• Ensure IT best practices, security policies and standards are followed.
• Daily network administration (LAN / WAN, Security, Wireless, F5 Load Balancers, DNS/DHCP, Availability and Capacity).
• Solve ordinary user's requests
• Perform installation and configuration of new infrastructure devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs) or replacement of malfunctioned devices.
• Participation on root cause analysis (RCA), consultation and implementation of permanent solutions .
• Keep network documentation and status of network operation tools/DBs up-to-date
• Work during standard business hours, up to 50% home office.
• On-call shifts (off-business hours) rotation with other operations colleagues (one week within 4-6 weeks period) .
Ideal candidate meets following requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in IT or network operations environment
• CCNA R&S certificate or equivalent network knowledge : DTP, STP, Ether-channeling, FHRP, OSFP, BGP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Remote Access, AAA, NAC, SSL/TLS, NTP, FTP, WLAN , ACL, network automation, network monitoring and analysis
• Experience with F5 LTM & APM, Infoblox DDI, Zscaler IA and Checkpoint firewalls is an advantage
• ITIL certificate is an advantage
• Experience in troubleshooting and administration of larger networks, good knowledge in at least one specific network field (LAN, WLAN, DC, network security, network automation, etc.)
• Ability to learn fast, work with new technologies in fast changing environment
• English language at communicative level (B2)
• Good communication, organizational & time-management skills
• Driving license - category B
