We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Network Operations Engineer Sr. with good proficiency in English and Good Network Knowledge In Network & F5 Balancer
As a Network Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our global network infrastructure, providing support to internal teams and external clients across different time zones.
Your expertise in network operations, combined with excellent English communication skills, will be crucial in maintaining high network availability and resolving issues promptly.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures (SOPs). Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients, assisting with network-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution Provide higher-level escalation expertise for troubleshooting network operations issues. Respond to network incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to resolve network-related problems promptly. (Major Incidents) Ensures high priority requests are handled in a timely manner. Plan, design, implement, operate, monitor, and optimize Chubb Global's enterprise network. Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential benefits and recommending their implementation where appropriate. Ensure compliance with network security policies, including monitoring for security vulnerabilities, conducting periodic audits, and implementing necessary measures to protect the network infrastructure. Acts as a professional and technical mentor for team members Providing reports to executive management as requested Conduct network capacity planning and make recommendations for infrastructure upgrades or enhancements based on anticipated demand and growth. Lead the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions, ensuring minimal downtime and uninterrupted network services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network enhancements or new deployments. Using tools to monitor network performance, ensuring high availability Implementing automation tools and scripts to streamline network configuration and management Participate in the analysis of operations looking for areas of improvement to strengthen them according to Chubb's objectives.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in network operations or a similar role Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and topologies (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLAN, routing, switching, etc.). Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Netbrain). Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently and independently. Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Solid understanding of change management processes and experience implementing changes in a production network environment. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams across different time zones. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience working with load balancing technologies. Demonstrated proficiency managing F5 BIG-IP infrastructure Certifications such as CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
