Your Role at Baxter

You have deep knowledge of and experience with manufacturing processes. You understand the importance of building relationships, establishing order, and maintaining clear communication channels. As a Network Planner, you are a leader who is willing to listen and encourage others by your actions. You also appreciate the stability of a large multinational company with a long history of growth and success.

As network planner you will guarantee balance between demand and production for markets; communicate in effective and efficient way supply and production risk in supply Chain. Mitigate risk using strategic tecnics with short, medium and long horizon. Responsable to achieve company metrics through inventory optimization using planning tools.

What you'll be doingElaborate and communicate tactical plan for short, medium and long term balancing supply and demand. It should be done through executive meeting with operational collaborators.Risks management proactivily through all supply Chain (low coverage, risk partner concerns).Align transfer orders to supply demand using ERP systems according to market.Check and take actions for supply exceptions (cancel, increases, decreases and/or postpone).Colaborate with Manufacturing, Demand, W&D, Comercial and Market execution teams to solve any supply issue.Support Network Planning Leader with information and critical issues for Global SIOP.Monitor supply Chain performance, check and approve planninga parameters, lead continuos improvement ideas.Responsable for Production Information for Finance and Budget activities.What you'll bringAdministration Business, Engineering University Education completedBachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Imported Planning, Finished goods planning, and inventory. Planning for different plants and countries in a global environment.Leadership and analytical thinking is essential for the roleExperience tracking orders per country for manufacturing, Inventories, and BackordersAdvanced Excel and excellent proficiency in English are requiredAPICS is helpfulKnowledge of planning tools is a must, Familiar with ERPs softwareConflict Management and passion for improvement
