Your Role at Baxter

The Network Planner is responsible for balancing and optimizing supply planning to meet demand. The Network Planner serves as the link between commercial team (at a country level where the plant sits) and SIOP by collaborating with demand planning, plant leadership, and business units. This includes defining and implementing supply planning process, determining priorities, including creation of MRP for sourcing of materials, MPS, driving process improvements, and leading supply review. Coordinate IPSO / OEM customer orders and requirements through manufacturing and distribution. Develop, monitor, track, and analyze Supply Chain KPI’s.

Responsible for generating the replenishment requirements utilizing the demand signal, on-hand inventory and inventory targets that deliver a comprehensive network supply plan across the supply chain organizationUndertaking advanced analytics and driving process improvementsSupports the Supply Planning Team new product introductions and product conversions in Rapid Response.Develops Short/Long Term monthly production requirementsWorks closely with Market Supply Chain organization, communicating current and future plant performances and potential supply chain problems.Develops, monitors, and tracks Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators using available tools and tracking systems.

What you'll bring

Minimum of 5-7+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, including specific experience in identifying planning process improvements, training and coaching team members/colleagues.Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Strong experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint a must.Solid, straightforward, and professional oral and written communication skills, including presenting data and analysis clearly to management.Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Communication, & Teamwork,

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000 - $121,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
