Your Role:
The role of Network Planner is integral to the End-to-End Supply Chain Organization, as it is responsible for the execution of the processes related to product availability. The role reports to the Head of End-to-End Supply Chain – Cell Culture Media based in St. Louis. Job duties include:
Participate to establish the processes and information flows with main partners, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and SalesManaging performance and activities through monitoring of key metrics, such as Fill Rate, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), and backorders.Coordinate cross functional teams.Manage the supply for your product portfolio globally to sustain global product availability.Drive continuous global improvement activities to improve the overall supply chain performance.Work closely with other teams to optimize planning and ensure that the product is in, “the right products, at the right quantity, in the right place” to meet customer demands.
Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Chemistry, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other business disciplines4 + years of professional experience in Operations or Supply Chain
Preferred Qualifications:
General knowledge of Process Solutions business portfolio and pharmaceuticalsStrength in interpersonal relationships, between customers, suppliers, departmental resources, and inter-companyProficient in solving complex business issues and develop creative solutions in a team environment.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Exceptional project management, organizational and communications skillsManage multiple projects with changing priorities.Good knowledge in SAP and well-developed analytical skillsPossess a strong business acumen.
