Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Network Planning Coordinator to join our Transport team in Market Drayton. The main purpose of role is to assist the Chilled Network Planning Coordinators in supporting the transport planning function.

Shifts: 2on/2off, 3on/2off, 2on/3off; 7am-7pm

Salary: £36,517 per annum

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Efficiently utilising the Culina networks fleet and planning loads centrally for all Culina Chill sites.Assembling 400+ multi drop / consolidated loads in every 24-hour period.Planning approximately 200+ collections to client's agreed KPI's.                                     Resourcing correct transport requirements for each site, keeping sub-contract to a minimum.Liaising daily with personnel across different levels (Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, Customer Service & Client Support Colleagues).Proactively looking for conscientious improvements.Dealing with day to day operational issues and client requests.First point of contact for the customer service pre and post despatch teams.Efficiently plan any 3rd party or intergroup reloads as identified by the Chilled Network Planning Coordinators.Ensuring that all 3rd party & intergroup work is captured and charged accordingly.Maintaining the haulier documentation in line with the BRC requirements.

QualificationsPrevious experience within a similar role in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.Good geographical knowledge and the ability to work without direct supervision.Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Adaptable approach to work / training / working hours.Conscientious and reliable with an adaptable attitude.Good communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadlines.CPC desirable but not essential.
