This role is supporting the Network Engineering Team handling Design, Integration, Level 3 Support and Implementation for new tasks and improvement activities.

What the role will involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

Providing solution and design, based on customer requirementsDesign and configuration support for any changes in the existing Network as part of Improvement or Bug fixingIntegration, configuration and testing for offering timely delivery of services to customersTelco Link quality testing for new telcos to ensure the telco meeting MSATechnical documentation for any changes or new deployment in production NetworkDC management of Network devicesBOQ, technical estimates for new task ordersConfigurational changes, upgrades for bug fixing     Provide Level 3 Support for the incident escalated from Level 2 team

What you’ll bring

The role requires the following experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in Design and ImplementationCCNP Certified in Routing and SwitchingCCIE Certified in Routing and Switching (preferred, but not essential)
