WATER: Network Planning Team Lead  
Wellington

With internal staff movements we are looking for someone who is ready to step up in their career to take on a Network Planning Team Leader role in the Wellington office. While you do not currently need to be in the Network Planning team to be considered for this role you will be working closely with the Network Planning leadership team across New Zealand and other team leads in Wellington to develop the team members and support the growth of the Network Planning team business.

Key elements of the role:

Support the professional development of your team.  Lead, support and drive the team to deliver excellent internal and external client service gaining “Trusted Advisor” status.   Promote an open, challenging and stimulating work environment.  Ensure that your team is provided with technical guidance, support, and training.  Work with the network planning leadership to Identify and understand market trends, pursue opportunities, and win revenue generating work. 

You will be tertiary qualified, preferably chartered or working towards, and have 5+ years of experience. You will be self-starter who is already working on your leadership skills, have a high standard of oral and written communication and a passion for developing and leading teams. 

The Team Leader position is a function in addition to an employee's substantive technical/project contribution role.
