The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than 200 datacenters supporting services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries worldwide. Microsoft has an exciting opportunity on the Spares Supply Chain team for a Network Program Manager. Within Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure, the Spares Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring that the right spare parts, are in the right place, at the right time in support of delivering global capacity requirements.  Spares is transforming the cloud service parts supply chain to enable increased customer focus, quality, and efficiency.  This position is vital for supporting existing operational processes and future system changes as part of the journey to a world-class supply-chain and maintenance repairs and operations organization.  This is a high touch, hands on operations role supporting the regional datacenters that will be responsible for leveraging existing and future tools to implement operational work streams, drive and develop success metrics, and working together with cross-functional Microsoft Cloud operations, engineering teams, and external suppliers to jointly deliver initiatives needed to support desired end-state Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + Act as the single point of contact for datacenter stakeholders world-wide for the Network spares space, sharing the voice of the customer back into the Spares Supply Chain from an improvement and priority standpoint + Leveraging an understanding of internal customer roadmaps, feedback, business reviews, and analytics, drive clarity on key datacenter pain points and actions needed to ensure world-class spares availability and service + Continually drive a broad education of Network spares processes across the EG and datacenter stakeholder group to ensure clarity on processes and Roles and Responsibilities + Own and drive the improvement roadmap for Network spares to include business requirements and justification for tools and automation Embody our Culture (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) and Values (https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/culture) **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations-related roles, or engineering + OR equivalent experience. + 3+ years of experience working with Technology, Cloud Services and/or Supply Chain Management + 3+ years of experience with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint + Prior experience in spares supply chain and / or fulfillment processes **Other Requirements** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. **Preferred Qualifications** + Master’s degree in Ops/Industrial /Manufacturing Engineering or Business + Executive presence with good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in data analytics to include Excel, Power BI, etc. + Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment + Prior experience in Spares and / or Fulfillment processes, preferably in the high-tech industry Fulfillment & Logistics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
