Overview

The Network Scheduling Analyst is a liaison between the Endeavor Air operating/planning divisions and Delta Air Lines to coordinate network schedule adjustments that maximize operational efficiency and support monthly operational goals.

Responsibilities Responsible for the analysis of monthly network schedules and working closely with operating/planning divisions to ensure operational, crew, customer service, and maintenance needs are met.Effectively communicate requests to Delta Network for Crew, Maintenance, and aircraft rotational issues to drive efficiency.Publish and distribute monthly final schedule reports.Update frontline teams of new/return cities served for advanced planning and preparation.Summarize monthly flying distribution by crew base and crew/aircraft rotations between hubs for Crew Staffing.Respond to internal requests for network schedule information.Keep the Sr. Manager Network Scheduling updated on key items for each schedule.Perform additional functions which may be assigned as needed and subject to critical deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience.Intermediate PC proficiency using Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel is required. 2 years experience in network scheduling with a major or large regional carrier preferred.Fully proficient in Sabre Schedule Manager or AirVision preferred.Comprehensive knowledge of FAR 117 and 121 crew parameters preferred.Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.Detail oriented with excellent analyst skills and ability to work under pressure.Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and able to work with all levels of an organization.Reliable and self-motivated.Analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills. Work Environment & Physical Demands Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, etc. not more than 30 lbs.May involve long periods of sitting. Computer work, in a typical office environment, subject to critical deadlines.Frequent repetitive motion such as typing.Full-time exempt position. Ability to travel as needed (<5%). What We Offer
