With our support, Publicis Groupe agencies continue to create and deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients. **Overview** **Job Title: Senior Associate, Network Security** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a Specialist to be part of a highly motivated team in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will work as part of a global team and interface directly with internal clients. We expect candidates to be creative, innovative, team oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Providing Level 3 technology support and administration for the IT Infrastructure Network and Security Operations Team. Technology support will cover network / security technologies. **Responsibilities:** + Design and implement advanced security solutions using Palo Alto Firewalls in large enterprise networks. + Proficiency in driving complex troubleshooting across firewalls, network devices, and variety of user endpoints. + Hands on experience in managing security on public cloud(s) [preferably MS Azure]. + Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of Palo Alto Firewalls in diverse network environments. + Maintain comprehensive documentation of network and network security architecture and configurations. + Support Level 2 Help Desk tickets for Network and Security Ops. + Installing and configuring Check Point firewalls, setting up virtual private networks (VPNs), and performing routine upgrades. + Monitor security devices and applications for performance problems and provide troubleshooting support for clients / end users. + Working knowledge with the following technologies – Cisco data center class switches (Nexus9K, 7K, 5K & 2K switches), Cisco Catalyst 4500 Series, Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series, and Cisco Catalyst 3800 Series switches. Cisco routers, Bluecoat Packet-shapers, DNS & DHCP Management., Riverbed Solutions. **Experience Guidelines:** + Solid understanding and overall 8-10 Years of hands-on experience, at least 4-5 years’ experience with Palo Alto & Check Point firewalls. + Familiarity and working knowledge with Cisco routers and switches etc. + Prioritizing tasks and projects across multiple teams and technologies. + Ability to manage projects, expectations and scope effectively. + Superior customer service and support skills. + Outstanding communication skills over the phone, in email and in person. + Willingness and ability to ramp-up quickly on new technologies and often without direct training. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or advanced preferred. Should be Palo Alto & Cisco certified (preferred but not mandatory). Existing IT support skills and experience commensurate with position requirements.
