Identify applications as needed for POC across all tech stacks Perform POC on the identified applications and document the POC outcome Activities for Application analysis and Solution design to replace Site Minder to Okta/Okta Access Gateway including MFA: Create solution design document (SDD) covering each application type to retire Site Minder and replace with Okta/Okta Access Gateway using OA standard SDD Template; SDD must cover each of the identified application types Review Solution design with One America team to retire Site Minder and replace with Okta/Okta Access Gateway; implement any feedback from Solution Review Board (SRB) Identify and document any workaround solution as applicable to retire Site Minder and replace with Okta/Okta Access Gateway with input and collaboration from One America Applications SMEs & Architects Assist with OA Resource Forecast from SDD Detailed Solution Gathering Create Solution Requirements Document (SRD) to retire Site Minder and replace with Okta/Okta Access Gateway using OA standard SRD Template; Infosys to provide BA (only for the applications shortlisted and worked upon as part of POC). Technical Grooming and creation of Technical Design document (TDD) to retire Site Minder and replace with Okta/Okta Access Gateway using OA standard BRD/TDD Template (only for the applications shortlisted and worked upon as part of POC). Updated Solution Design Document including changes identified during Requirements Elicitation and Technical Grooming Create plan and roadmap for overall solution implementation to retire Site Minder and replace with Okta/Okta Access Gateway.
