Rate: $90 - $95 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Be responsible for ARNG NCR IT services and support such as Campus Area Network (CAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) operations + Leverage technology advancements to increase the performance, security, and efficiency of ARNG NCR IT services + Improve customer service and internal efficiency by emphasizing proactive system management using ITIL processes + Establishes and implements standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters + Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems + Provides technical support for system users **Experience Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT/Business/Cyber/Engineering field + A minimum of five years of experience operating and maintaining network services for COOP sites + A minimum of five years of experience managing network services for a similar network to that of the current ARNG NCR environment + Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III or IAM Level III + ITIL Foundation Level Certification + Active Security clearance _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
