We are looking for someone who will be-

- senior L3 Network Operations Engineer responsible for day-to-day technical and service oversight of the regional network
- work across all technologies and environments, not just Citrix LB and Arista, but will be the EMEA L3 Ops SME for these technologies
- provide technical oversight across the network environment specifically across operational activities, major incidents, capacity management and problem management, but also peer changes for implementation projects
- engineering to onboard and certify new products
- 20% project delivery as a secondary role where demand requires
