What You´ll Do:Serve as a trusted technical authority for global Cisco customers and partners.Collaborate with customers and cross-technology teams to resolve complex technical issues.Contribute to knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, and train junior engineers.Engage with the latest networking security technologies and recreate customer issues in Cisco labs.Assist other TCEs and Global Delivery Partners and interact with Engineering to solve problems and submit effective escalations.Recognize and submit bugs, provide escalation support, and build reusable lab setups.Produce and share intellectual capital, including documentation and training, for global use.Mentor and develop others, leveraging software skills to configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco products.Solve complex problems with innovative troubleshooting and experimentation, providing guidance to other engineers.Act as a technical expert, applying industry standards and partnering with serviceability teams to author requirements and review specifications.Who You Are:Five or more years of related experience with technical support in networking and Network Security.Technical knowledge with proven experience in networking and network security equivalent to CCIE level knowledge (Cert not required).Knowledge and experience in (Network Access Control) NAC or Cisco (Identity Services Engine) ISE would be preferredStrong troubleshooting skills analyzing logs and data.Foundation of Linux / UNIX command line tools / environment.Proficient in English, written and spoken.We´ll be very impressed, if you can show one of these:Advanced Linux skills, Windows troubleshooting.Scripting Languages.Relevant industry certification.Experience configuring, troubleshooting Cisco Security Products.Presentation and training skills.Development opportunities:Grow your technical and soft skills.Ability to present in seminar and conferences such as Cisco live and partner meetings.Support in pursuing Cisco Certification.Contribute to Cisco intellectual capital.
