Responsibilities:

- Supporting users to solve computer problems as a second layer support expert

- Setting up and solving computer systems and peripheral equipment and software problems

- Setting up and solving software problems and Operating systems

- fix network problems (passive and active), internet and email users

- setting up and troubleshooting telephone systems

- checking and fixing antivirus problems

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory services

- Proficient in setting up, maintenance and network concepts

- Ability to set up and maintain hardware equipment including laptops, PCs, printers and Scanner

- proficient in VOIP phone systems

- proficient in antivirus security systems
