Description We are in the process of hiring a Network Administrator for our non-profit organization located in Clearwater, Florida. This role involves managing and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. The successful candidate will play an integral part in ensuring our network systems run smoothly and efficiently, providing crucial support to our team. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance • Handle the configuration and installation of Cisco Routers and other Cisco Technologies • Maintain and manage EO/IR systems within the organization's network • Implement and monitor firewall technologies to safeguard the organization's data and network • Utilize Microsoft and Active Directory tools for network administration tasks • Manage and support back-end systems to ensure seamless operation • Work in a virtualized environment, making necessary adjustments and configurations as needed • Use design skills to improve and optimize the network structure • Handle the organization's computer hardware, ensuring it is well-maintained and functioning properly • Carry out configuration management tasks to maintain network consistency and efficiency. Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in managing Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies • Proven experience in EO/IR systems and Firewall Technologies • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and Active Directory • Experience with Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management • Strong ability to design and implement network systems • Prior experience working in the non-profit sector preferred • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer science or related field preferred • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP will be an advantage • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
