Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Network Systems Technician to support the IT program at a major national laboratory. Work will be performed onsite in Los Alamos, NM.
Responsibilities Manages the performance and profile of networked computer systems in support of programmatic activities. Provides technical assistance to computer system users. Assures computer system configurations conform to Institutional security requirements.Audio and video setup for meetings and eventsLearn laboratory policies to complete assignments.Responsible for developing solutions to routine technical problems of moderate scope and has minimal responsibility for end products Qualifications High school diploma and 1-2 years of related experience. U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Q clearance.Experience with CISCOKnowledge and experience applying technical principles, theories, and concepts.Able to learn and work as a part of a team.About Us:
