Network Tech
Monitors and maintains the company's network systems. Troubleshoots network systems when necessary and makes improvements to the network. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Provides after-hours and weekend support on an on-call basis, in rotation with other team members. Reports to the IT department Director. Minimum required: Associate's degree in related field. At least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used technical concepts, practices, and procedures.
