Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Network Technician to join one of the largest data centers in the world, where innovation meets excellence. As a member of our dynamic team of 40 technicians, you will operate 24/7 to maintain extensive server infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include Smart Hands Tasks, such as plugging servers back in and fixing servers; Installs, which involve handling customer move-ins, managing carrier housing, delivering internet connections through fiber, and troubleshooting; and Internal Projects, covering all internal network projects, moving signals from point A to point B, and combining installs and smart hands tasks. We are looking for a dedicated professional to help us maintain and enhance our network infrastructure.
