Position: Network Test Automation Developer Co-op/Intern

EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Currently a candidate for a Master’s, Bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.  

Proficiency in a programming language Python. Proficiency in good coding practices. Experience with Linux. Familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, and Linux shell scripting Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience with Robot Framework. Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools. Experience creating Docker images and Helm charts. Strong understanding of network elements and testing. Good understanding of Git, Python, SHELL scripting, Docker, Kubernetes Excellent troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps principles Good verbal and written communication skills Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure Working with Gitlab Pipelines
 

 

As part of our team, you will:

Create network test automation framework libraries using Python and Robot Framework Utilize these automation libraries on network elements for testing. Create pipelines for development and release workflow using CI/CD tools. Actively learn new languages, technologies, and domains. Share knowledge with the team and foster a collaborative learning environment. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and be open to challenges.
