Network & Video Teleconference Project Manager

Leesburg, VA & Springfield, VA

Active Top-Secret clearance required

 

The Project Manager is the liaison between the government lead, the COR, and the contractor’s personnel. The Project Manager shall:

Plan, manage, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget to include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of contractor’s personnel in order to deliver projects according to this contract.Where required, define the project’s scope, objectives, goals, deliverables, and oversee quality control in collaboration with the government lead.Submit all deliverables directly to the government lead and COR.Monitor the development, implementation, and operations and maintenance requirements.Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, resolve issues, and devise contingency plans.Where required, estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals in collaboration with the government lead and the COR.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate contractor’s personnel.

 

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing personnel and projects with an annual budget in excess of $3,000,000.Experience in the use of EVMS, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Microsoft Office products. Proficient in tracking and reporting project costs and schedule under these systems.

 

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Systems Management, or related field.
