We are seeking a Network Voice Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have expertise in Genesys Pure Connect. This role requires a deep understanding of IP Telephony and Unified Communication systems to ensure detailed communication infrastructure.
In this role, you will: Be responsible for the Genesys Pure Connect including user accounts, permissions and access controls. Handle the Genesys Cloud platform, including user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Configure and maintain routing and queuing strategies, voice and multimedia interactions, and custom reporting to enable omnichannel communication. Supervise the Genesys Cloud platform to identify and troubleshoot issues, working with other IT team members to resolve them in a timely manner. Leverage the platform's APIs and 3rd party integrations to develop custom solutions and integrations. Use Genesys Cloud Architect to craft and deploy sophisticated solutions. What you’ll need to succeed (required skills): Required 5-7 years experience in Genesys Cloud CX & Pure Connect technologies. Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of IVR/ACD scripts for Genesys Pure Connect and have experience in migrating voice infra from Genesys Pure Connect to Cloud CX. Must be hands on in Genesys Cloud CX technology, Call Recording, Voice conferencing, collaboration and be experienced in Cisco Unified Communications/Voice Conferencing/WebEx. Experience in Voice over IP principles and PBX functionality (Jabber, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Dialer, ICM, Cisco Presence. SIP, SCCP, H.323, etc.). Directive to have Corporate Telephony - Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Voicemail, Voice Gateways experience. Configure & Manage Routers & Switches & troubleshooting Routing protocols (OSPF & BGP). What will help you stand out (preferred skills): Design & Build of Netscout TAP & Aggregation taps and deployment of Packet Brokers or Packet Flow switch. Understand the requirement from Infrastructure & Application teams requirement and produce Dashboard in NetScout accordingly. Work with Network & Security groups to find the RCA with Network toolsets. Configure monitoring parameters and handling firmware upgrades on NMS like Entuity, Solarwinds, etc. Good to have Network Device management and crafting dashboards/Reports.At Cognizant, we're eager to meet people who believe in our mission and can make an impact in various ways!
