About this opportunity:

The Networks C&E Delivery SME has a pivotal role that leads with impact, driving the success of construction, site acquisition and integration operations through effective coordination and leadership. This position serves as a dynamic expert between central teams, architects, regions, territories, and delivery teams to provide needed expertise during customer deliveries.  The Delivery SME will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, process efficiency, quality assurance, team development, and overall project success. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional results and foster a productive work environment.

What you will do: In the pre-sales phase and early phase of the project, providing input to the Customer Project Manager and/or Business Development on the level of efforts (including amount of hours) required based on the scope of the project, which will be used to develop the support the cost structure of the project  Lead with impact by establishing strong connections between territory teams, training support,  Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), by fostering collaboration and maximizing the collective expertise. Champion quality assurance by conducting rigorous audits, meticulously assessing processes, and empowering the team to continuously improve and meet the highest standards. Expert Technical knowledge of multiple customer construction standards, Ericsson construction practices and Ericsson back office functions to direct any back office or supplier team as required.  Elevate safety and quality standards by performing Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on issues and incidents, developing effective corrective actions, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Cultivate an environment of self-sufficiency and confidence, empowering team members to take ownership of their work, excel in their roles, and contribute to the overall success of projects. Representing Ericsson on Customer Calls for Technical Anomalies to drive solutions and provide training and understanding of solutions to offshore teams.  The skills you bring: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of leading with impact in construction management or a similar role. Deep knowledge of construction or related processes, safety protocols, and quality standards, applying them effectively to drive exceptional outcomes. Exceptional communication skills, inspiring and motivating team members while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities, enabling effective resolution of complex challenges. Attention to detail and multitasking skills, ensuring meticulous oversight of multiple priorities and competing demands. Exemplary leadership qualities, developing solutions and leading teams to achieve their full potential. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as required.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

•                NJ: $95,000 - $124,750

STV: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. 

Your Health

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson’s 401(k) plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and up to a 4% company match, leading to a maximum company contribution of 7% annually. Employees will also receive company paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage and paid company short-term and long-term disability benefits. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Those with additional vacation time at the end of the year may sell one week of vacation, equal to a week of pay. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of maternity/medical leave, 6 weeks of paternity or adoption leave at 100% of pay, and medical leave at 100% or 66 2/3% of pay, based on length of service.
