About this opportunity:

The Networks C&E Delivery SME has a pivotal role that leads with impact, driving the success of construction, site acquisition and integration operations through effective coordination and leadership. This position serves as a dynamic expert between central teams, architects, regions, territories, and delivery teams to provide needed expertise during customer deliveries.  The Delivery SME will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, process efficiency, quality assurance, team development, and overall project success. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional results and foster a productive work environment.

 

What you will do:

In the pre-sales phase and early phase of the project, provide input to the Customer Project Manager and/or Business Development on the level of efforts (including amount of hours) required based on the scope of the project, which will be used to develop and support the cost structure of the project Lead with impact by establishing strong connections between territory teams, training support, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), by fostering collaboration and maximizing the collective expertiseChampion quality assurance by conducting rigorous audits, meticulously assessing processes, and empowering the team to continuously improve and meet the highest standardsExpert Technical knowledge of multiple customer construction standards, Ericsson construction practices and Ericsson back office functions to direct any back office or supplier team as required Elevate safety and quality standards by performing Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on issues and incidents, developing effective corrective actions, and fostering a culture of safety and excellenceCultivate an environment of self-sufficiency and confidence, empowering team members to take ownership of their work, excel in their roles, and contribute to the overall success of projectsRepresenting Ericsson on Customer Calls for Technical Anomalies to drive solutions and provide training and understanding of solutions to offshore teams

 

The skills you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven track record of leading with impact in construction management or a similar roleDeep knowledge of construction or related processes, safety protocols, and quality standards, applying them effectively to drive exceptional outcomesExceptional communication skills, inspiring and motivating team members while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsStrategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities, enabling effective resolution of complex challengesAttention to detail and multitasking skills, ensuring meticulous oversight of multiple priorities and competing demandsExemplary leadership qualities, developing solutions and leading teams to achieve their full potentialFlexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as requiredCompensation and Benefits at Ericsson:

Your Pay: 
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. 

 

California:  $114,880 -150,780

 

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. 

 

Your Health: 
Ericsson offers comprehensive health benefits, featuring three medical plan choices. Two of these options are PPO plans that require employee contributions toward premiums. The third option is a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA), featuring 100% company-paid premiums for employee-only coverage. Additionally, Ericsson offers shared premiums for dental and vision coverage, along with other company-paid physical wellness programs. 

 

Your Financial Security: 
We invest in your financial wellbeing, both short and long-term. Ericsson's best-in-class 401(k) program includes an automatic 3% company contribution. Additionally, Ericsson will match up to 5% of your contributions, resulting in a maximum company contribution of up to 7%. Additionally, employees receive company-paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as company-paid short-term and long-term disability benefits. Employees also can participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan. 

 

Your Time: 
We value your work-life balance and offer our new employees up to 40 days of paid time off annually. This includes 15 days of accrued vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Note that paid time off is pro-rated based on your start date. If you have extra vacation days at the end of the year, you may sell one week of vacation for a week's pay. Additionally, Ericsson offers up to 16 weeks of company-paid maternity leave, 4 days of bereavement leave for immediate family members, and 6 weeks of paternity or adoption leave at 100% pay, all without a service requirement. Ericsson also offers medical leave at 100% or 66 2/3% of pay, based on length of service.
