At our global headquarters in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, we welcome students of all backgrounds to apply for our internships and graduation assignments. Worldwide, we have around 600 interns learning and contributing at ASML every year.
In Veldhoven, our Neurodivergent Interns Program provides the support that students with a form of neurodiversity (such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and giftedness) need to succeed. If your internship application is successful, you’ll be matched with a mentor in your team who knows how to help bring out the best in a person with a neurodivergent brain. Mentors are aware of the strengths and weaknesses associated with different forms of neurodivergence and are motivated to see you grow professionally and personally and contribute to solving a particular challenge that the team faces.
Your assignment
You’ll get to explore your capabilities and develop your skills within a close-knit community of interns. Working at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges to solve – and working together is the only way to do that. You won’t work in a silo. Instead, you’ll be part of a creative, dynamic work environment where you’ll collaborate with supportive colleagues. There is always space for creative and unique points of view. You’ll have the flexibility and trust to choose how best to tackle tasks and solve problems.
Internship start dates are February 1 and September 1 and the duration of each internship is 6–9 months. You’ll receive a full-time monthly allowance depending on your education level, and ASML will pay for public transportation (second class) between your home address and work location (unless you have a week or weekend student travel product).
