The Processing Specialist supports Empower Personal Wealth's Operations group through high quality and efficient processing of back-office operation transactions. Individuals contribute to the success of the organization through processing operational transactions and administrative functions.

What you will do

Process back office administrative items such as new account setup, transfer paperwork and/or disbursement transactions for the Mutual Fund and Brokerage business linesWork closely with senior level associates and quality coordinators to resolve issues related to paperwork and transactionsReview paperwork and application data in operations systemsAssist with administrative resolutions via letters and emailsAssist with coordinating processing related issues with operations and sales call centersPerform daily transaction audits and report reviewsWork with Service, Sales, and internal business partners

What you will bring 

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experienceAbility to type 30 words per minuteStrong attention to detailExcellent communication and organizational skills

Base Salary Range

$38,900.00 - $53,450.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
