The Transaction Processing Specialist is responsible for analyzing and processing plan and/or participant level financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
What you will do
Use established procedures and work under immediate supervisionFocus on extensive quality control (minimum of 99.99% accuracy) Process financial and non-financial transactions into the EASY (Empower Administrative recordkeeping system) Maintain departmentally established productivity goalsManage proper timing expectations for all transactionsManage proper communication and follow up procedures with internal clients focused on end-of-day processing, formatting and loading dataRespond to internal service and research requestsIdentify and document Not-In-Good-Order themes and provide recommendations to leadershipAnalyze data and/or forms along with plan parameters to ensure proper processing of client and participant requestsDevelop extensive job knowledge by applying written procedures, special handling, plan bulletins, and plan level set up rulesPrioritize and complete assigned tasks in accordance with Departmental, corporate, IRS, Department of Labor, FINRA and SEC regulations and requirementsDesign and deliver clear, respectful communications across internal (and occasionally external) audiencesWhat you will bring
Associate degree in Business, Finance, or similar field preferred, or equivalent experience6 - 12 months of similarly related experience in cash/financial field, strongly preferred***Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.***

$38,900.00 - $53,450.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
