**Neurosurgery Physician**
UNC Health / North Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine is currently seeking a skilled, passionate, and collegial Neurosurgeon to join our expanding neurosurgery team in Raleigh, NC. North Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine is a part of The North Carolina Neuroscience and Spine Center.
We are committed to exploring all available avenues of treatment, collaborating with a range of experts (including pain management specialists, physical therapists, and neurosurgeons to devise a comprehensive care strategy that delivers optimal outcomes.
**Position Overview:**
As a Neurosurgeon with North Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating complex neurological conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including neurology, neurocritical care, oncology, radiation oncology, to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. Successful candidates must be ABNS board-certified or eligible. UNC Rex is a comprehensive stroke center, with a robust referral network for neurovascular and cranial diseases.
Call frequency for general neurosurgery would be Q4-5, covering 2 hospital, 1 office location Comprehensive stroke center
**Qualifications:**
+ Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
+ Board certification, or board-eligible in Neurological Surgery.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork, collegial.
