Job Summary:


The Alzheimer NAM will play a pivotal role in mapping and enhancing the diagnostic and treatment ecosystem for Alzheimer's disease. This position will focus on developing a thorough understanding of the Dx & Tx pathways and facilitating a robust network that optimizes patient outcomes in the Alzheimer’s therapeutic area.

The NAM role demands a multifaceted professional who can seamlessly transition from traditional sales tactics to a sophisticated account management approach.

The Neuroscience Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for neuroscience products.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership and business ownership skills. Be a strategic thinker, able to articulate the unique value proposition of our innovative products, identify critical care gaps, and enhance healthcare professionals' understanding through targeted education and insightful engagement.

This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including neurologists and other specialists, to promote innovative solutions. The Neuroscience Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the company and healthcare providers, ensuring the successful launch, promotion, and continued support of products aimed at treating neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the neuroscience field.
• Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), including neurologists and other relevant specialists.
• Educate healthcare providers on the benefits, features, and clinical data supporting neuroscience products.
• Conduct in-depth product presentations and deliver educational materials during face-to-face and virtual meetings with HCPs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and changes in market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
• Coordinate and participate in scientific conferences, symposia, and other relevant events.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical affairs, etc.) to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
• Manage and track account activities, sales data, and customer feedback to report regularly on sales performance.
• Provide timely and accurate forecasts, market insights, and competitive intelligence to the sales management team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding promotional activities and product discussions.
 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or other related field.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, preferably within the neuroscience field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex scientific data.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew and English).

Preferred Skills:

• Digital and Omnichannel oriented

• Proficiency in Veeva system

Location: Ability to cover all Israel’s territory.
