NEV Thermal Attribute Engineer
Responsible for vehicle thermal management system attribute target define, development, deliver, test and sign off; Support cross team work to deliver related vehicle attribute, e.g. thermal manage for battery FCDC, VEME and so on; Lead TMS sub-system development to achieve overall vehicle function and attribute target, including air handling system, heat pump system, electronic Auto AC system calibration, and electric hardware thermal management; Responsible for TMS software structure design, module & bottom interface define; Responsible for vehicle TMS attribute CWT test at vehicle level, including benchmark test; Responsible to apply proper tool for TMS control calibration, such as CANape, CANalyzer; Responsible for simulation result analysis, such as cabin 3D CFD, and 1D TMS function and performance simulation; Lead industry frontier features and attribute exploring and development;

Critical Success Factors

Good at both Chinses and English communication; Strong ownership and demand for result; Work overtime and business trip for CWT test and road test; Team player;

Experience and Background Skills Desired: 

Mechanical or Electric bachelor or master degree; 3 year or above engineering work experience on thermal management related work;
