Remote Opportunity with Interactive Brokers

Interactive Brokers seeks several motivated individuals with Chinese language skills to join our New Accounts Remote Team on a flexible, short-term basis.

This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who can commit to supporting our team for an initial period of 2-3 months. The position is offered part-time, and candidates will be expected to commit to at least 30 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours over the weekend.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and verifying proof of identity, proof of address, and company background information. Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation processing. Translating name and address from Chinese to English/Pinyin

Role Details:

Contract Type: Part-time, temporary contract. Location: Fully remote in British Columbia only.  Hours: Commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week with flexibility to work up to 40 hours (subject to hours availability). Weekend Requirement: Minimum 8 hours of availability over the weekend. Skills: Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) language fluency is required. Equipment: Own smartphone required (for multi-factor authentication). Laptop provided by the company.
