The Role

As a New Business Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in helping us share our industry-leading solutions with the world. Based in Australia, you’ll drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge retail technology solutions. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, tech-savvy salesperson passionate about connecting retailers with solutions that elevate customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Identify & Qualify Leads: Proactively prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients to grow our customer base.

• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to strategically position our solutions.

• Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive, tailored sales presentations and product demos that address prospective clients’ unique needs and challenges.

• End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.

• Collaborate for Custom Solutions: Work with internal teams to create customized solutions that exceed client expectations.

• Trusted Client Advisor: Act as a consultative partner, guiding clients on using our solutions to drive efficiency, engagement, and profitability.

• Insight Sharing: Provide market and client feedback to the product team, contributing to product enhancements.

• Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and insights to ensure you’re on track to meet targets.

• CRM Management: Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activity within our CRM.
