How You Make a Difference
As a New Business Developer B2B, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing partnerships, and analyzing market trends in the IT market. You will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and other internal teams to drive growth in the Benelux region. With strong analytical and communication skills, you ensure effective collaboration in a dynamic and data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B market, focusing on sales growth and strategic partnerships.Manage and maintain relationships with a wide range of partners, ensuring effective collaboration and business expansion.Analyze market trends and distribution channels to uncover growth opportunities and competitive advantages.Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, finance, and operations, to align strategies and drive success.Monitor and manage pricing structures, ensuring alignment with market conditions and business objectives.Conduct data-driven analyses to support decision-making and improve sales performance.Create and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.Skills and Qualifications

You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, partner management, or a similar field.A completed HBO degree, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and competitor activity.Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, with a customer-focused mindset.Affinity with data analysis, sales processes, and process automation.Experience with sales programs, preferably Salesforce, and MS Excel.
