New Business Development Specialist

Builds and maintains customer relationships with strategic accounts. Develops medium to long-term sales plans and prepares strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with assigned key customers. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Creates demand for products and services by raising their profile with customers. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to product/service strategies. Develops client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing and maintaining profitable business with assigned accounts.
