New Business Product Support Specialist
Poznań, Polska
Your responsibilities:
Lead projects to assist in delivering new business initiatives that meet the requirements of customers, channel partners, and stakeholders. Support our customers and dealers with new business solutions, including through verbal and written communications. Identify and support the implementation of process improvements. Document as-is and to-be processes for process improvement projects. Generate accurate data and reporting based on existing resources and propose additional reporting when appropriate.
Our requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Experience supporting customers and clients via written and verbal communications (3 - 4 years). A broad background of our business and knowledge of operational processes supporting recurring revenue business models. (1 - 3 years). Experience in Project management and business planning. (Small Projects, 1-3 years).
Nice to have:
Experience with Marketing, enterprise customer acquisition, and customer support processes Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with specific deadlines Creative mindset to think outside the box for innovative solutions Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others Previous experience with driving process improvements Knowledge of Deere's new business models.
