**Qualifications** To excel in this role, you should have: + Industry Experience: Proven experience working in the integrator, reseller, or technology vendor space, with a successful track record of acquiring new customers. + Partnership Building: A history of building partnerships and partner ecosystems that create mutual benefits + Sales Expertise: Experience in creating and selling complex hardware, software, and services propositions. + Customer Profiling: Ability to identify and profile customers and sectors poised to invest in AI soon + Geographical Focus: Experience in the Netherlands market is beneficial + Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech, quantitative trading, hedge funds, biotech, and research institutions is desirable. + New Business Acquisition: A demonstrable record of winning new business in new customer engagements is essential. + Partner Ecosystems: A successful track record of creating and thriving in partner ecosystems + Gen AI Solutions: Experience in selling Gen AI solutions is a plus but far from necessary.
