The New Construction Site Cleaner helps make the newly constructed properties look move in ready!

***MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL VIA COMPANY VEHICLE WITH CREW THROUGH OUT WISCONSIN DURING THE WEEK***

New Construction Site Cleaner Responsibilities:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming apartment units/garages/steps Removing cardboard floor protections Cleaning newly installed: windows / patio tracks Sinks, tubs, showers Cabinets and countertops Install: Wire Shelving in closets Patio and window blinds Putting base trim Minor Plaster touch ups

Tools Used on the jobsites:

Vacuum Mops Hammer Cordless Drill Air Compressor Tape Measurer Utility Knife Putty Knife

***ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED***

New Construction Site Cleaner Qualifications:

Experience in any or all duties Some experience in construction (preferred) Must be mechanically inclined High Attention to detail Valid Drivers License Ability to travel over nights for work Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Wage: $18/hour, with room to grow
