Salary and Grade: $53,000-$55,000; 12 Exempt

The Manager will be responsible for carrying out and overseeing the daily functioning of the Drop-In Center and outreach services, coordinating access to resources, including victimization resources for all women entering the Drop-In, ensure all data entry and reporting as well as provide ongoing crisis intervention and leadership during the hours of the Drop-In Center and outreach services. The Manager will be responsible for upholding the values of Sanctuary and fostering a trauma informed service delivery model at the Drop-In Center and outreach services.
ResponsibilitiesDescription of Position: The Drop-in and Outreach Services Manager will be responsible for carrying out and overseeing daily operations of the drop-in center and outreach. Duties include but are not limited to; opening and closing the drop-in center, managing the volunteer and staff schedule for shift coverage, providing culturally sensitive and trauma informed services for drop-in participants, participating in the ongoing planning and development of the drop-in center. The Manager will supervise anti-trafficking community engagement specialists, volunteers, and interns, providing weekly trauma-informed one-on-one supervision, as well as facilitating drop-in center team meetings. The Manager will coordinate and conduct street outreach at least two times/week with Community Engagement Specialists. The Manager will work as a part of a team with the PAD program manager in responding to police referrals. There is some on-call responsibilities.
QualificationsRequirements:
MSW or related degree required.Experience with program administration and community organizing work.1-2 years of experience working directly with victims of commercial sexual exploitation or domestic violence or maybe a survivor of sexual exploitation. Must have an understanding of the issue of domestic human trafficking.Must have reliable transportation to travel from site to site as needed in performing duties. Professional-level communications skills. Bilingual in Spanish preferredA Mandated Reporter must provide proof of having completed training on recognizing and reporting child abuse, meeting the training standards of PA Act 153 of 2014 within 30 days of employment, with recurrent training required every five years thereafter.Meets the Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153 to include PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record Check.Must possess an appreciation for and support the mission of The Salvation Army.Contact: Please upload your resume and cover letter by going to:
