Position Summary: The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This position requires excellent operational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, intuitive, highly organized, an efficient communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Run the sales office and maintain the space as a high-end gallery-like environment. Open/close each day, troubleshoot technical issues, flag potential sales obstacles, and manage procurement of all office needs. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing sales reports, maintaining CRM data, communicating with prospects, contract management, and closing transaction coordination. Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound prospect inquiries and work closely with the sales team to ensure every lead is integrated into our lead management workflow. Documentation: Maintain and update the CRM daily, organize contract documents, issue amendments to purchasers, and work closely with the title company to provide all necessary closing documentation. Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the developer marketing team and CDMG to report on marketing success, track lead sources, and program/host events. Construction Coordination: Partner with the construction/development team to stay apprised of short- and long-term milestones to ensure the sales team is consistently apprised. Reporting: In addition to the reporting enumerated above, maintain the integrity of CRM data to ensure that ad hoc reporting is efficient and assist with this reporting. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements for the sales team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher education degree(s) from an accredited university Licensing: Licensed as a sales agent or broker in the state of Texas. If not licensed, commitment to complete licensing within two months of start date. Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in sales support, an administrative role, real estate sales or an adjacent field. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Quick to adapt to existing systems and identifying how to improve on current methods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of the sales team. Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Able to work in the US without sponsorship. Five-day work week on site at Loraloma. Flexibility to shift working days as needed. Can start immediately. Standard background check.
